Snapshot
DriveOn sells a way of thinking rather than a product line. The site had to make an abstract promise, that structure beats noise, concrete enough to trust. It leads with a single claim, BUILT FOR CLARITY, then proves it by showing the actual systems behind three ventures instead of describing them.
The Problem
The founder story is the strongest asset here and also the biggest risk. Told badly it reads as another personal brand shouting about mindset. The site also had to carry three ventures, e-commerce, golf performance and athlete recovery, without fragmenting into three separate brands. And the central claim, that the problem is not information but the lack of a system to interpret it, is abstract enough that a visitor could leave agreeing with the sentiment while still not knowing what is actually on offer.
Goals and Objectives
Make the philosophy legible within one screen so a visitor understands the argument before they scroll. 2. Hold three ventures under one roof without diluting any of them. 3. Turn the origin story into evidence rather than decoration. 4. Show the mechanism, the frameworks, SOPs and decision models, because that is what separates this from motivational content.
Process
I started from the argument rather than the layout: the problem is noise, the cause is a missing system, the proof is three ventures running on one operating philosophy. That sequence became the page order. The origin story was restructured into a four step progression, injuries and setbacks, drowning in advice, the systems shift, then building and applying, so it reads as a case for the method instead of a biography.
Key Decisions
Lead with the claim, not the person. BUILT FOR CLARITY sits above the fold and the founder appears lower down as evidence, so the site sells a method the visitor can adopt rather than a personality. 2. Give every venture the same card structure. Commerce, OS and Recovery repeat an identical four point pattern, which visually argues that one philosophy runs all three. 3. Name the actual mechanisms. Referencing the Andromeda Framework, a 180 point product validation matrix, 7 KPI performance structures and Monte Carlo forecasting buys specificity that generalities never could. 4. Keep the interface monochrome with a single accent so the layout stays quiet and the content carries the weight.
The Solution
A single scroll that moves from claim to cause to proof. The hero states the position, the noise problem names the enemy, the origin story supplies credibility, the ventures section demonstrates the same philosophy running across three different domains, and the golf system section drops into concrete deliverables for the audience most ready to act.
Reflections
The temptation on a founder led brand is to open with the founder. Leading with the claim and demoting the story to supporting evidence made the whole page work harder. If I revisited it, the first thing I would fix is the residual template copy still sitting mid page, which talks about AI consulting and pulls against the systems positioning the rest of the site works hard to establish.

Nick Simmons
founder of JAH creative design agency
Having Lawrence work under my agency made me money as an efficient designer he is, helped me retain my status as a Top 4% upwork agency and I can't be any less proud of him. Under me he learnt framer just so we could get more jobs and he delivered.
Loong Pancoast
CEO of DriveOn
Lawrence is a professional through and through. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with, taking in account all of our needs while meeting expectations. I would 100 percent recommend Lawrence for any developmental design needs. If you are hesitating, don't, you won't regret it.
Drew Levin
Co-founder of SideShift
Lawrence worked hand in hand with me and Nick Lawton to get the first version of our site out the door, staying flexible through every change we needed. His cooperation is a big reason we could launch on time and begin major operations. A designer who listens closely and delivers.
